Relaxed program: Concert with Trio Oro.

A concert with TRIO ORO is something truly out of the ordinary.

The band offers an unusual line-up (recorder, djembe, and guitar), a high technical level, infectious joy of playing, and tons of charm. Here you get everything from songs by Alf Prøysen to Bolivian folk music, from driving rhythms to one of the most beautiful melodies in the world. You’ll feel like dancing and cheering, and at times you’ll just want to sit and listen. The band has toured with their school concert Konsert med Trio Oro for many years, both in Norway and abroad, and this concert was named the world’s best school concert in 2022 (YAM Awards, Best School Concert). The trio also plays for adults in cultural centres, concert venues, clubs, and festivals all over Europe.

This concert is suitable for children, young people, and adults who enjoy music. There is minimal use of lighting, and the music is not particularly loud. You can greet the musicians both before and after the concert.

Our relaxed program is open to everyone, but is adapted for those who need a more “relaxed” format. The room is never completely dark, the sound level is adjusted as needed, and it’s absolutely fine to go in and out of the auditorium if you need a break. The venue is never filled to capacity, so those who like to have a bit of space around them can have it. Trio Oro is also happy to chat both before and after the concert.
