Avslappa program Pling i bollen

Avslappa program/Relaxed programme. School performances.
For everyone. Language: Norwegian
Pling i bollen is a performance of around 10 minutes, designed for one audience member at a time. The audience is invited into a fortune teller’s van, where they often are predicted to start laughing. Actress/puppeteer Hanne Dahle is a master of adaptation and improvisation, with a warmth and humor that goes straight to the heart. The fortune teller’s crystal ball is an upside-down goldfish bowl, and within the bowl unfolds the fate of the audience through small candy figures.
The van is decorated like a fortune teller’s tent, and you can enter the tent completely, stand a bit outside, or be completely outside of the “tent.” If you choose to enter, you can also choose whether to draw the curtain and shut out the world or leave the curtain open. Unfortunately, it is difficult to fit a wheelchair inside the van, but we can surely find a solution for that as well. There is a roof (or more like a blind) over the entrance to the van, so you won’t get wet if it’s raining.
The performance can be enjoyed by all age groups and is particularly suitable for those who enjoy being told a story where they themselves are the hero. The audience should be able to communicate their birthday (ideally with the assistance of a companion if they don’t communicate through speech), as this is important for the plot of the performance.
Pling i bollen was originally created as a COVID-friendly free performance for children and youth who needed some encouragement and artistic inspiration, and it was quickly picked up by promoters and organizers throughout the country.
By and with Hanne Dahle.
